TURNING A WEEKLY TRADING COMPETITION INTO AN IMMERSIVE, NARRATIVE-DRIVEN EXPERIENCE
The Dragon's Treasure is Flipster's first themed trading campaign—a seven-week, nine-chapter series built around an evolving narrative where each chapter introduces a new character, world, and escalating prize pool of up to 1 million USDT. The challenge was to transform a trading competition into something closer to entertainment: a campaign with enough visual momentum to bring users back week after week.
As Brand Designer, I led the full visual development of the campaign—from identity and art direction to per-chapter graphics, motion graphics, and content design. Working across Generative AI, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator, I built a visual system flexible enough to support seven distinct worlds while maintaining a coherent campaign identity throughout. Each chapter's characters and environments were drawn from the cultural references of Flipster's global user base, grounding the fantasy in something familiar.
The visual language treats trading as an act of adventure. As chapters progressed and stakes grew, the visual scale and density escalated in parallel—rewarding returning users with a sense of expanding world-building. The result was a campaign that reframed the trading experience as digital entertainment, contributing to Flipster's rapid growth trajectory during a period of significant market momentum.
